Before the first use: Place the whisk into hot water for 5 - 10 min. That will straighten the curled ends of the bristles.

After each use: Clean the whisk by placing it under a gentle stream of hot water until clean. Shake off excess water and place it face up to dry.

* Do not use soap or dishwasher.
