This 1st crop tea is harvested during early May. Slightly deeper steaming results in rich and mild, very well-balanced tea with both savory and astringency notes of traditional sencha and this tea has impressed our guests at Tea Master Green Tea Shop and Matcha Café in Downtown Los Angeles. It’s a classic, daily drinking tea has the fragrance of freshly farmed greens. Ultimately, it’s among our favorite organic sencha that we’ve come across.
