Matcha from Yame region is generally characterized as savory with subtle bitterness and astringency. This premium grade matcha can be used as your everyday refreshment tea. TSUYU (translated as Night Dew from a Star) has more depth in taste. Can be used as ceremonial tea in our opinion.
